• Then click on the ‘Get OTP’ option to get an OTP on the registered mobile number.

New Digital Ration Card: Form No. 3 Application Procedure (Online)

With the help of application form number 3, you can apply only when no one in your family has a digital ration card.

• After opening the home screen of the online ration card portal you will be asked whether any of your family members have a digital ration card and you have to click on the ‘No’ option.

• In case of application for ration card of family members, name of head of family and identity card of other members should be added.
• In the next section the identity card of the head of the family and other members has to be provided.
• With the help of ‘Add More Members’ option, the information of the family members has to be added.
• After providing correct identity card of family head and members click on ‘Next’ option.

New Digital Ration Card in West Bengal: Verification Procedure (Online)

• After selecting the next option, a new page will open in front of you where your digital ration card and all family members details are given, you can re-verify these details.
• In case of errors, you can click the ‘Back’ option to provide correct information again.
• After entering all the information correctly click on ‘it’s okay’ checkbox.
• After clicking the checkbox, select ‘Proceed’ option, then a new page will open in front of you.

How to Make New Digital Ration Card: Document Upload Procedure (Online)

• You and all your family members have to upload scan copy of Aadhaar card on the new page.
• After uploading scan copy to Aadhaar card, you will be asked if Aadhaar card address and your current address are same. If the address is same then select ‘Yes’ option. Otherwise select ‘No’ option and upload your address proof.
• Other required documents like education certificate, income certificate and cast certificate have to be uploaded.
